Management Essentials

This high-impact development program equips mid-level managers with the skills, tools, and insights they need to lead confidently, foster employee engagement, and drive operational success. Spanning ten interactive sessions, the program combines evidence-based models with real-world applications to help managers enhance their self-awareness, develop others, lead change, and achieve results.

This is an in-person series held at the Conference Center at Shippensburg University.
