The Workplace Excellence Training Series is an employer-driven program designed to help companies and organizations develop employees who understand workplace expectations, adapt to evolving business needs, and contribute to long-term success. Created in collaboration with employers, this series offers a comprehensive, accelerated, and flexible approach to professional development.

Through ten essential modules, employees gain insight into what businesses need and how they can thrive in today’s workplace. Using engaging, fast-paced learning methods, each session introduces key workplace concepts, explores real-world strategies, and empowers employees to apply what they’ve learned in ways that align with your organization’s goals.

Session Details

10 modules

Each module focuses on a specific topic and takes 2-3 hours to complete

Can be taught virtual or in-person (in-person is preferred for more interaction)

Session Options

A la cart: Company/Organization picks modules they would like trained in, each session is 3 hours. Can do 2-3 modules in a day.

5-week series: Two sessions, one day a week, session being 3 hours

Crash-Course: All 10 modules covered in 3 days.

The Modules

Matthew Maser is a seasoned leader with over 10 years of experience in program and project management, strategic planning, and workforce development. He currently serves as the Associate Director of Workforce Development and Project Manager at Shippensburg University, where he leads a variety of projects, manages budgets, and ensures the successful delivery of high-quality training programs. Matthew has a strong background in the human services sector, having previously held senior roles at Abraxas Youth and Family Services, where he oversaw adolescent treatment programs, managed educational services, and collaborated with external stakeholders. He holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Leadership from St. Bonaventure University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Shippensburg University.

With certifications in Project Management and Workplace Excellence, Matthew’s leadership has been recognized through multiple Leadership in Excellence Awards, reflecting his commitment to excellence and impactful management.

I became a certified instructor for Workplace Excellence because I’m passionate about empowering others to unlock their full potential and grow professionally. I believe in the power of leadership and personal development, and this certification allows me to guide individuals in enhancing their soft skills, communication, and leadership abilities.
