The Workplace Excellence Training Series is an employer-driven program designed to help companies and organizations develop employees who understand workplace expectations, adapt to evolving business needs, and contribute to long-term success. Created in collaboration with employers, this series offers a comprehensive, accelerated, and flexible approach to professional development.

Through ten essential modules, employees gain insight into what businesses need and how they can thrive in today’s workplace. Using engaging, fast-paced learning methods, each session introduces key workplace concepts, explores real-world strategies, and empowers employees to apply what they’ve learned in ways that align with your organization’s goals.

Session Details

10 modules

Each module focuses on a specific topic and takes 2-3 hours to complete

Can be taught virtual or in-person (in-person is preferred for more interaction)

 

Pricing

Rate: $150/hour

Workbook cost: $10/person

Travel Fee: $50/hour + milage. (within hour range, approx. $200)

Session Options

A la cart: Company/Organization picks modules they would like trained in, each session is 3 hours. Can do 2-3 modules in a day.

1 week workshop: Two modules covered in a day, each session 3 hours

2 week workshop: One module covered in a day, session being 3 hours

10-week series: One session, one day a week, session being 3 hours

Crash-Course: All 10 modules covered in 3 days.
